Support Dashboard Refresh
The existing support dashboard relied on static tables and manual data pulls, which slowed response times during peak reporting periods. The refresh replaced the legacy interface with a modular layout that surfaces real-time water quality metrics, flow anomalies, and compliance deadlines in a single view. Each panel was scoped to a specific operational domain — intake monitoring, discharge logs, and regulatory filing status — so field engineers could act without switching contexts. The underlying data pipeline was restructured to ingest SCADA feeds directly, cutting the lag between event detection and dashboard update from four hours to under twelve minutes. The project also introduced role-based access controls aligned with the Canada Water Act reporting hierarchy, ensuring that only authorized personnel could approve discharge records. Post-deployment, the average time to identify and flag a compliance exception dropped by 63% over the first quarter.
